This year the annual gala fundraiser to benefit WonderLab evokes the magical ambience of Venetian Carnevale. The evening kicks off with a cocktail hour (cash bar), delicious hors d'oeuvres, a silent auction, a glass-blowing artisan, and more entertainment, followed by an elegant dinner and live auction. Guests must be 21 years or older.

The lively auctions will feature a wide array of spectacular items! Highlights include a vacation package at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, one-week stays in beautiful Costa Rica and Martha’s Vineyard, a French Lick Resort get-away, a party at the fire station, tickets to an Indianapolis Colts game, court level seats to an IU basketball game, suite viewing at an Indianapolis Indians game and an IU football game, a Peyton Manning autographed item, an in-home wine tasting, a hot-air balloon ride, a must-have Nintendo Wii and Wii game, an Indianapolis Zoo membership, a Lake Monroe double-decker pontoon package, a Playmobil pirate ship kit, meals at Bloomington’s finest restaurants, theater tickets, unique handcrafted items from local artisans, jewelry, crystal, gourmet food baskets, goods and services for your dog, theater tickets, dance lessons, golf equipment, a 148-piece tool kit, spa services, a telescope, and much, much more.

Science Night Out is WonderLab’s most important annual benefit event, raising gross revenues of over $80,000 in critically needed general operating funds. As a private non-profit organization, WonderLab’s operations are not funded by an annual appropriation of tax dollars or by a national organization. Rather, WonderLab must meet the annual operating expenses of providing outstanding exhibits and programs from a combination of earned revenues and donations from the community. Please join these generous underwriters and auction donors, and help support WonderLab while experiencing one of Bloomington’s most magical evenings!
