JUNE 26- 30 STORYBOOK SCIENCE (CODE: C1703)

Science and imagination come together in this fun camp. We will use books as the jumping-off point to explore science concepts. Each day focuses on a different science topic, such as dinosaurs, sea life, farm animals, and insects, and uses hands-on activities and fiction and nonfiction books to explore that theme. Activities include meeting and observing live animals, creating a life-size dinosaur egg, and writing and recording your own science stories. This camp fosters skills in literacy, scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and collaboration. Independent reading and writing skills are not required for this camp – just imagination and curiosity!
