WonderCamp Session Locations
WonderCamp sessions do not take place at WonderLab Museum.
Specific locations are noted for each session.
- Drop Off: 8:30 a.m.
- Camp Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Pick-up by: 4:30 p.m.
Curbside drop-off and pick-up at all camp locations. There is no need to park. Staff will be at the drop-off / pick-up lines. Signs will indicate traffic flow.

Kent Farm Research Station (Indiana University)
R 8475 E. Kent Rd, Bloomington, Indiana
- Drop Off: 8:30 a.m.
- Camp Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Pick-up by: 4:30 p.m.
Curbside drop-off and pick-up. There is no need to park. Staff will be at the drop-off / pick-up lines. Signs will indicate traffic flow.
Free transportation via Bloomington Rural Transit is available for this location.
- Seats on the bus are limited.
- Seats will be reserved for campers in the order waivers are received.
- Seats will be available until they are gone – first come first served.
- You will have the option to select the transportation option once you have registered for a camp at Kent Farm.
Kent Farm is located 7 miles east of Bloomington along Kent Road off of Highway 46 East. It is about 90 acres in size and consists of early successional fields and more mature forest. Dr. Ellen Ketterson (Biology) has several facilities at Kent Farm, including the Kent Farm Bird Observatory and Kent Farm Banding Station. For more information on Dr. Ketterson’s facilities at Kent Farm, visit her website. Kent Farm was the site of groundbreaking ecological work (on voles) by former IU zoologist Charles Krebs. Kent Farm is adjacent to Indiana DNR property, Lake Monroe, and Stillwater Marsh (an important waterfowl area).

Goat Conspiracy Farm

Hilltop Garden and Nature Center (Indiana University)

Hilltop Garden & Nature Center was first established by IU Biology Professor, Barbara Shalucha in 1948. Hilltop has primarily focused on youth gardening, but has expanded its reach throughout the University and surrounding community to provide opportunities to learn about different gardening practices and connecting with nature. Hilltop provides many educational opportunities for students through various internships and work study programs. Hilltop has also provided gardening classes for adults and volunteer opportunities. Visitors are always welcome at Hilltop to tour our demonstration gardens, enjoy nature or find a good idea for their garden.

These camp sessions take place Monday – Thursday at UES and on Fridays at the IU School of Education.

University Elementary School will be closed Monday, June 19 for the Juneteenth Holiday. On Monday of this week camp will take place at WonderLab.
These camp sessions take place Monday at WonderLab, Tuesday – Thursday at UES and on Friday at the IU School of Education.
