Camp Registration Dates and Times

  • Member registration begins Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.

  • Non-member registration begins Friday, March 3, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.

Camp Session Information

Summer Camp 2023 Dates: May 22 – July 28, 2023
  • 5-day sessions Monday – Friday

  • Camp Times:  9 a.m. – 4 p.m.  with drop off at 8:30 a.m. and pick-up by 4:30 p.m.

  • Most camp sessions do NOT take place at WonderLab. Specific locations are noted with each session.

  • NEW: Transportation is available for WonderCamp sessions at Kent Farm and Goat Conspiracy Farm. Spaces are limited to first come first served.

  • There will be no camp Memorial Day week, May 30 – June 2

  • There will be no camp 4th of July Week, July 3 – 7

  • Camp Sessions are available for children entering grades K-8.

    Be sure your membership is renewed and active at least 48 hours before you try to register! Renew here.

Scholarships

Qualifying families, both member and nonmember, can be awarded full funding for one session per child and then receive the member price for any additional sessions.

Scholarship applications will be accepted beginning Tuesday, January 3, 2023 through June 2023.

Scholarship applicants who apply by February 15, 2023 will be notified of their award in time to secure a spot in at least one of their preferred sessions.

Closed toe shoes s are required at Kent Farm for Feathers to Flight Camp and at Goat Conspiracy Farm for Goats and Gardens Camp.

WonderLab recommends closed toed shoes for all other camps.

Comfortable, outdoor play clothes that allow you to be messy and active. Long pants, long, sleeves, and socks recommended if attending the camps and Kent Farm and Goat Conspiracy Farm

Drop a Camp Session2023-03-08T15:56:08-05:00

Need to Drop a Camp Session?

If you are dropping a camp more than 2 weeks before the session start date, a $20 processing fee will be subtracted from your refund. If the drop form is received less than 2 weeks before the camp session start date, there will be no refund.  All refunds will be returned to the credit card they were originally charged to.

All campers must bring a sack lunch that does not require refrigeration

All campers must bring a full water bottle. Bottles can be refilled during the day as needed. 

WonderLab will provide daily snacks of fruits and vegetables.

Mandatory for All Campers in All Sessions

ASAP: All campers must have a signed copy of the following waiver on file with WonderLab in order to attend camp:

Please complete and electronically sign a waiver for each child attending camp. If your child is attending multiple sessions only one waiver is required.  If WonderLab has not received your waivers prior to camp start date your camper will NOT be allowed to attend camp and all fees will be forfeit.

Mandatory for Campers in Kids and Kids, Feathers to Flight, and Goats and Gardens Sessions

ASAP: Campers registered for Kids and Kids, Feathers to Flight, or Goats and Gardens must have a signed copy of the following waiver on file with WonderLab in order to ride on the Rural Transit Bus to camp:
