WonderLab is committed to organizational Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access. DEAI principles are considered at all levels: staffing, volunteers, board of directors, educational priorities and programs, exhibits and exhibit construction, events, development, partnerships and messaging.

Revision of language on the WonderLab website and some gift store products
DEAI priorities are ever evolving, and the committee works to continually identify new projects and priorities.
