General Information

Summer Camp 2024 Dates: June 3 – July 26, 2024
  • 5-day sessions Monday – Friday

  • Camp Times:  9 a.m. – 4 p.m.  with drop off at 8:30 a.m. and pick-up by 4:30 p.m.

  • Most camp sessions do NOT take place at WonderLab. Specific locations are noted with each session.

  • Transportation is available for WonderCamp sessions at Kent Farm and Goat Conspiracy Farm. Select the transportation option on the waiver.

  • There will be no camp 4th of July Week, July 1 – 5

  • Summer Camp Sessions are available for children entering grades K-8.

Scholarships

Qualifying families, both member and non-member, can be awarded funding for one summer camp session per child and then receive the member price for any additional sessions.

Important Dates:

  • February 20, 2024: Scholarship applicants who apply by February 20 will be notified of their award in time register. Read the descriptions of all WonderCamp 2024 sessions.
  • March 11, 2024: Scholarship applications received after February 20 will be processed beginning the week of March 11.
  • June 30, 2024: Last day for scholarship applications. Scholarship applications will continue to be accepted through June 2024; awardees will be able to select from remaining session.
  • Please note: The $25 administration fee is not refundable to Scholarship recipients.

WonderLab is committed to ensuring that the safest camp options are available to all families.

We stay up to date with CDC and Monroe County Health Department recommendations.

Please do not send your child to camp if they are sick, feverish, or vomiting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Closed Toed Shoes2023-03-08T16:04:23-05:00

Closed toe shoes s are required at Kent Farm for Feathers to Flight Camp and at Goat Conspiracy Farm for Goats and Gardens Camp.

WonderLab recommends closed toed shoes for all other camps.

  • Comfortable, outdoor play clothes that allow you to be messy and active.
  • Long pants, long, sleeves, and socks recommended if attending the camps at Kent Farm and Goat Conspiracy Farm
  • Closed toe shoes are recommended for all camp sessions.
  • Closed-toe shoes are required at Kent Farm and Goat Conspiracy Farm.
  • Please label all personal belongings and materials.

Need to Drop a Camp Session?

If you want to drop a camp session you must submit the drop form (link below).

If you are dropping a camp more than 2 weeks before the session start date, a processing fee will be subtracted from your refund. Any refunds will be returned to the credit card they were originally charged to.

If the drop form is received less than 2 weeks before the camp session start date, there will be no refund.

All campers must bring a sack lunch that does not require refrigeration

All campers must bring a full water bottle. Bottles can be refilled during the day as needed. 

WonderLab will provide daily snacks of fruits and vegetables.

Mandatory for All Campers

All campers must have a signed copy of the following waiver on file with WonderLab in order to attend camp:

Please complete and electronically sign a waiver for each child attending camp.  If WonderLab has not received your waiver prior to camp start date your camper will NOT be allowed to attend camp and all fees will be forfeit.

  • Sack lunch that does not require refrigeration

  • Sun hat
  • Sunscreen – Please apply before drop off and send sunscreen for your camper to re-apply
