What does it mean to be a living creature here on Earth? Join us as we explore the Characteristics of Life we humans share with every other living thing, from plants to bacteria. Materials are not necessary but if you would like to participate in the activity, you will want to bring with you any subset of the following items that you have at home: jello, seeds, a glass of water, wind up toy of any kind, and/or a rock. This program supports Indiana Academic State standards for life sciences for grades 1-5.
