Friday, September 15 – Copy Cat
In this Animal Hour, we will be looking at what humans have learned from animal habits and abilities. Humans use this information to improve the way we make things. Materials are not necessary but if you would like to participate in the activity, you will want a paper plate, a hole punch, uncooked spaghetti noodles (any long, straight pasta will work), yarn, scissors, and a handful of small rocks or trinkets (any small items with weight work). This program meets academic state standards for Life Science and Earth and Space Science for grades 1-6.
