What do you picture when you think of the word scientist? Lab coats? Intricate, expensive technology? What if we told you that a scientist looks like….you! This edition of Animal Hour is designed for us all to realize our potential to be a scientist. If you have ever asked a question, looked for an answer to a question, answered a question, or observed something, you are a scientist. To participate in the activities, all you will need is a writing utensil, coloring materials and something to write on. This program covers Indiana Academic State Standards 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade Life Science.
