Friday, December 2 – Animal Hour – Virtual
When you eat something, what happens to it? How does it go from a full meal to energy in your body? Using chemistry, we’ll look deep into the guts of the animal kingdom to understand how many species on earth, including ourselves, digest our food. While not required, kids are encouraged to have a few materials to experiment along with us. These include vinegar, baking soda, a cup, and an adult assistant, depending on the age of your scientist. This program supports Indiana Academic State standards for Life Sciences grades 1-6.
