We have seen the chaos of ocean weather from here on land, but have you ever wondered how the animals survive a hurricane in the middle of the ocean? Is there weather underwater? Does the ocean have seasons? Join us in this edition of Dive Deeper where we take a look at what weather is like in the ocean. Materials are not necessary but if you would like to participate in the activity you will want to bring an empty 2-Liter plastic bottle, a 2-Liter plastic bottle filled about ⅔ with water, duct tape and if you would like food coloring. This program supports Indiana Academic State standards for Life Sciences and Earth and Atmospheric Science for grades 1-6.
